This is a place for you to find inspiration and information about making yoga a part of your life. I bring my world of yoga online and into your home so that you can use it to be your best self and live your best life.

So what exactly are you going to find here?

I’m so glad you asked!

In short, all things yoga online. I’m talking yoga videos, tutorials, sequence, and guides. I want to give you all the tools you need to develop a yoga practice from the comfort of your home.

You’ll also get some of my ruminations about yoga, as well as tidbits from my own practice. And of course, access to the free Facebook community, where you can share your questions, frustrations, and wins! Come gain inspiration and inspire others on this journey called life.

 

As for me…

I’m a yoga teacher (duh), and I focus on bridging the gap between what happens on the mat and life off the mat. By bridging this gap, we can utilize the practices of yoga as tools for living our best lives and being our best selves.

yoga onlineOnce upon a time, I was an angry New Yorker. I was mindless in my actions and avoidant in my relationships with people I love. I had no idea how to deal with everyday stress and anxiety, so I turned to binge drinking and mindless tv. This made me mean, constantly on edge, and quick to lash out.

I was not a nice person.

Thankfully, yoga changed that. It changed me.

I am a calmer, kinder, more present person because of the practices of yoga. These practices have become my tools for being my best self – for myself and those around me.

This is why I share yoga online and in person. Because it works.

 

Why ‘Roaming Yogi’?

Well, because that’s what I am!

In August of 2015, I sold all of my belongings, packed my life into a backpack, and set out to explore the world, becoming The Roaming Yogi. Nearly three years and 20 countries later, I’m still roaming, sharing the yoga love in classes and workshops around the world. And of course, I bring that world of yoga online right here, so you can bring it into your home, or wherever you’d like to take it (you can be a roaming yogi too!).
