Your materials each week include 5 shorter yoga classes for weekdays, two full-length yoga classes for the weekend, a pranayama practice, a guided meditation, and your journaling worksheets for the week.
These practices - asana, pranayama, meditation, and reflection - make for a
well-rounded, complete practice.
One that sustains not just your body, but your mind and soul as well.
Each week will have a different focus. In the first week we are focused on building strength - the foundation of a safe daily practice. In the second week we’ll be working on flexibility - building on the strength that we’ve created for safe mobility. And in the final week, we’ll be cultivating balance - both on and off the mat.
Our private Facebook community will be where we check in with each other every day - sharing photos or videos of our practices, insights from our mats, or questions that might arise. This connection will help to keep us accountable.
And on each Sunday of our journey, we will check in together via a Facebook LIVE.
