Hello my friend! I’m Natalie, your Daily Practice guide and personal at-home yoga teacher.

I may be guiding this experience, but I’m on this journey just as much as you are. The journey to a more mindful life. The journey to living with intention. The journey to being my best self.

My years of practice have taught me that the key to being my best self is showing up every day.

That might look a little different each day. Some days it’s a full yoga practice. Some days it’s just three minutes of mindful breathing. Some days it’s finding stillness and quiet with meditation and journaling.

What’s important is taking the time each day to meet with my best self. To connect to her and make the conscious choice to take her out into my day.

When I skip my daily practice too often, I notice that my best self starts to fade a bit. She starts to get buried under the layers of illusion, stress, and well...life. Connecting to my best self each day ensures that she’s always fresh; that I’m always embodying her.
