This is a calming breath meditation.

I’ve always said that where the breath goes, the mind will follow. In this guided meditation, we will utilize the breath as a vehicle for calming the mind.

In addition, the breath is the vehicle on which prana rides. Prana being the vital energy or life force within all beings. By regulating our breath in a conscious way, we can regulate the prana within and around us.

Join me on the meditation cushion and harness the power of your breath to balance your energy and bring you a sense of peace and calm.
