Hi! I'm Natalie.
I used to be in those shoes...
Trying to make it to the yoga studio every day, but running into incompatible schedules and the inability to afford it....
Finding every excuse not to get on my mat at home - I don’t have enough time, I’m too tired, there’s laundry to do, my favorite TV show is on....you know how this goes....
Wanting to develop more strength and flexibility, but just not getting on my mat enough.
Wishing I could keep my cool in stressful situations, but not having the tools I needed.
But then, things changed...
I changed my approach to my practice. I let go of the limiting beliefs about what my practice should look like, and I sought out the guidance I needed to hold myself accountable.
In short, I developed a system - one that actually worked - to get myself on my mat every day.
In just a few weeks, I was setting daily intentions. I was stepping on my mat and meeting my best self every day, and taking my best self off the mat as well.

I joined the TCJ program 4 months after having a total left hip replacement and had only practiced yoga for about 6 months a few years ago. So I was not what you would call a Yogi by any means.
